Turning Strategy into Story
The C.E.O of Compass came to us with a challenge: translate a complex, company-wide marketing strategy into a visual system that every agent could understand and use. Working within Compass’s existing brand—defined by clean lines, full-bleed photography, and a monochrome palette, we developed a modular identity rooted in the familiar form of listing cards. By bringing the listing card to the center of the system, we created a clear, flexible visual language that made the three-phase strategy intuitive and actionable. The system was rolled out nationally and adopted by thousands of agents across the U.S., spanning websites, postcards, trifolds, signage, email signatures, and social assets.
